I have an order estimated delivery June-July The order cannot be transferred so I will have to take delivery unfortunately and pay Ca tax. I just want what I paid for it and yes I know new buyer has to pay tax on top of that however if some cash is involved with the sale we can make a change to bill of sale...hopefully nobody turns me into the state!! 60,787 is what I will pay for the car with T&L but I paid $3500 for the guys res. The reason I have to take delivery as some folks may know about the transfer is once the registration is filled out on the order you can no longer go back and change. I believe the new buyer for convenience would have to be in S.Ca since thats where I will take delivery. The order shows 55,790 plus fees so for all the people that have to know why I paid the $3500, however did not know until we put registration info in the EDD. Not sure if its worth the trouble for new buyer?
