So my delivery date is tomorrow and Tesla cant make up their mind.

App has NO delivery date pickup at all. Website say home delivery tomorrow. Spoke to a SA on the phone they said pickup at service center tomorrow. And...just got the automated delivery confirmation phone call that says its a DIRECT DELIVERY to home tomorrow.

So i guess i just flip a coin tomorrow morning.

Got pushed out another 2 weeks from Aug 6 - Aug 20 to Aug 19 - Sept 2.

Not particularly surprised but also disheartening. Oh well. For giggles I sent an email. To tesla to ask why, expecting them to tell me nothing more than I already know. I'll update if something changes.

Lol, I didn't realize only MYLR are Austin....

Currently both the MYLR 2170 and MY AWD 4680 are only Austin builds.

Did you get a text when you originally placed the order? From a 510 number? That's the number I've been texting.

Nope. Never gotten a text. I got a call from a 725 number this last week about trade in. But that's it.

I was texted and emailed form my local sa. Similar address as [email protected] but with my local place in the address. Maybe all service centers are the same, with their location in the address? Mine is Libertyville service center. [email protected]

We also got that text this am. Gave us a choice of days from 8/16-8/18. We chose 8/18.

Appreciate the info. So exactly 2 weeks from VIN to first delivery option. I'm right behind you with VIN on 8/5 and a EDD of 8/20 - 8/24 waiting to schedule delivery.

Well all been following along for a while and I finally picked her up this morning.
Fit and finish is perfect. One small paintless dent front rocker panel they made a note of and I have appointment to have it fixed.

Here is my question..... I swear there is some kind of PPF on the front bumper. I can make a dent in it with my fingernail. Do the Model Y's come with some kind of protection on the front bumper?
