I was thinking Tesla should just call their truck the Model Truck and be done with it. Then they could say, "We produce S3XY Roadster Semi Trucks"

Think so? Thought they couldn’t have “E” due to Ford patents so had to settle for “3?”

As much as they may have targeted the 3-series strategically, I think the acronym was far more important to Elon than trolling BMW. JMHO.

- Model P or Model T if they go with the first letter of the type of car like with model S that stands for sedan
- Model B to continue the S3XY spelling in BS3XY. That then could become BS3XYR (Be sexier) when the Roadster will come out.
