IIRC they're moving them into one of the nearby garages.
I wish I would have seen this post earlier. I showed up there with 11 miles of range left in 10 degree weather and discovered it was gone.
Life was not easy after that.
Parking at that garage on Friday and Saturday nights is sheer chaos. I predict a lot of ICEing unless they strictly enforce a "charging only" rule. Was at National Harbor this past weekend on 2/17. Happy to report Superchargers are back up and running at the Fleet Street garage. About 15 stations 1st level. Parking for a fee.

Even at the casino, with plenty of empty parking spots, I've found the J1772 EV reserved spots ICEd just because they are close to the elevators. But, of course, it would be too much of a burden to walk an extra 50' from a legal spot. One has to save their energy to sit 4 hours plunking tokens in the slots.
Posting this March 17, 2019. The Tesla Chargers are in the Fleet Parking Garage. I live nearby. They could do a better job posting signs to display where the Tesla Chargers are. I just happened to luck up and see them on the ground level towards intersection side of the lot while driving up that side street to turn left to go to one of the main roads to depart National Harbor.
None the less they are there. I don't like the fact that they are in the paid parking lot. I have been to National Harbor for several events and I have paid over $20 for parking at times. I have read in the thread that parking is $5 for an hours. I'm sure that's correct but check it out.
I guess on a positive note that the new charger location keeps Tesla owners dry and out of the rain and snow now in the covered parking lot. I sure hope that they put chargers in each of the garages.
I am going to step away from the computer in a few minutes and drive down there to National Harbor and park and also ask around and see if additional lots or Tesla Chargers will be installed. On the initial drive-by the chargers did not appear to be superchargers but I will post my findings again later.
Chris
So I did go there and use the Superchargers. The garage rate is 0-2 hours for $5 and 2-4 hour $13 and 4-24 hours $20. Flat rate after 8pm is $13. Flat rate applies after 1 hour. When I plugged in I was at a rate of 36 KW 115 mi/hr. I have a 2016 P90DLPosting this March 17, 2019. The Tesla Chargers are in the Fleet Parking Garage. I live nearby.
