My nav will get directions, and immediately restart searching, if TRAFFIC is ON and there is a Supercharger in the directions (i.e., long trip). FW 34.1, AWD made 8/18.

I have an appointment tomorrow, and a checkpoint for them to check logs. I'm just trying to see if this is a common thing or just me and my car, as input to their debug process....
thanks, they called about my appointment and I've already discussed it with them...they are researching it.
OK...I did more testing, and have proved to them that is is a bug in Model 3 Navigation....if online routing is on and you route specifically through the Springfield OR supercharger, it will loop...happens in every Model 3...

Interesting. The only time this has happened to me was last week when I was navigating to my Service Center. I didn't mention it at the time because I assumed it was just a temporary issue with their servers or something. I'll need to see if I can re-create the problem this evening.
Ah - you are in North Carolina? Then it may not be an issue only with the Springfield OR charger! Let me know and I can feed the info to the guy at my service center who is looking into it...

I am, and I think you’re right! I just tried navigating to it again - Tesla, 9140 E Independence Blvd, Matthews, NC - and got the constant looping.
I also put in the Springfield, OR Supercharger as a destination because I was curious, and, after removing all 13-some Supercharger stops in between, it interestingly did not do the looping. Maybe because the distance is so great, there are few choices in routes it would try to loop/cycle through for whatever reason.
Very odd issue. I’ll be curious to discover if this happens to anyone navigating to a non-Tesla address.

NOTE - it happens when not just traffic but also "online routing" (in the settings, press gear icon) is on. If online routing is off, it doesn't happen...
