Navigation changes (US to EU)

I have a US spec vehicle in EU territory, because of military service.

Can anyone provide any option/howto to change US navigation to EU maps, so I can make navigation work in my Tesla.

What is that exactly?
I took my Y to Rome service center and they replaced the Sim, but GPS still cannot navigate. I've been quoted to swap the modem and sim from a third party in this forum but was asking for too much. It looks like Hanshow with Apple Carplay/Android Auto is the best and most reasonable route.

I’m bringing a US 2016 Model X with a MCU2 to Austria this summer and looking for options to change my SIM and Navigation to EU settings. Can someone please send me info on where to get this done? I understand some folks offer a service to do this.
