Navigation inoperable while supercharging?

My nav can't calculate a route while supercharging. Restarted and still just spinning circles. Is this normal? Am I doing something wrong?

Update: unplugged the charger and it still can't calculate a route. #teslanavfail

Unless I am misunderstanding something, the navigation works for me whilst charging. When I am on a road trip, I always dial into the next stop to calculate the estimated range that I will have remaining upon arrival. It processes the route without a hitch.

Have you rebooted?

Try a different destination. There have been cases were a destination caused the nav to get into an endless loop trying to find a route.
