Navigation Issue

[CLLACAB]

We have a 2013 P85 and the car is on version 2020.24.6. Everything works fine until we try to put a destination address in the system. We get a pop up message that Service Required and it does not provide directions. We tried the hard reboot a few times. No luck. I’m thinking something got corrupted with a download. Have an appointment in a few weeks. Just curious if anyone else has run into this.
