Navigation Not Working - Service Required since 2020.36.16 update

When the upgrade loaded last week, I received a message that new maps were loaded. But now I get a Service Required message when trying to use navigation. I rebooted but no luck. I also saw a notification today that maps are not loaded Any ideas on how to fix this? thanks

Just make an appointment in the app and be detailed about it. Ask them to remote in and fix it.

It could be that the SD card that the maps are stored on has failed or is corrupted. They might be able to fix it remotely, or they might have to replace it.

thanks for your help I just got though to Tesla support and they may be able to solve it remotely. I also made an appointment, just in case.
