My navigation has stopped talking to media giving directions verbally.I think I've exhausted options from my ltd knowledge. Can anyone help please?- Phil

Is the Nav working except that the talking lady is missing?
Is the Nav frozen with the 17in center screen locked up?

If it is just the voice, check if:

- you have accidentally muted the volume of navigation. There's a volume adjustment at the top-left corner of the map once you program a destination. Or - trickier when you can't hear if the GPS is saying anything - you can also adjust the volume using the left scroll on the steering wheel
- do a soft reboot of the system by pressing and holding both scroll wheels simultaneously.

It's not frozen just the voice is missing .I think Arcus has identified it with the top left being muted somehow
