As you may know, Nebraska is currently one of the few states that prohibits manufacturers from selling directly to consumers. Although we make this out-of-state purchase and delivery as seamless and convenient as possible, it is not ideal.
In an effort to provide the full Tesla experience to Nebraskans like you, we are supporting Senator Vargas’s bill LB 830 to allow car manufacturers like Tesla to sell directly to consumers in Nebraska.
Please consider contacting the Senate Transportation Committee here to ask them to support LB 830 and your freedom to choose how to purchase your vehicle.
