Need help diagnosing clicking sound

Hello all,

I’ve been dealing with this noise for a couple of years now but I think it’s getting worse. I’ve tried to get it serviced a couple of times to no avail. The second time, SC replaced the check strap and they claimed it was fixed. Well, the sound continued. I told SC again and they said they would send mobile service out...but this was 5-6 months ago. Needless to say, I don’t have much hope in my local SC.

It’s a continuous clicking sound that happens mostly when I open any door or turn on/activate the car. It occurs in the front of the car. It also happens when I am stopped at a red light, stop sign, or anywhere really. I don’t think it occurs while driving but I can’t be 100% certain. Here is a short video of it. Sometimes it goes on for 30 seconds. Here is a sample. Might have to turn volume up a bit.

This surely can’t be normal? It occurs so frequently and is very annoying!

Would appreciate any help!
