Hi. We have a 2022 Model 3 and I would like to find someone who is experienced in installing after market interior lighting. I have found some kits but feel uncomfortable about taking the interior panels off/on to install it. Anyone have a recommendation of who to turn to that you know does good work?

Are you talking about the door/footwell replacements, David (welcome to the forums BTW)?
If so, I strongly suggest you attempting this as a DIY project for yourself....if truly want to pay someone, maybe swing by a stereo shop garage or aftermarket accessory store.
I would volunteer my time to assist you remotely (facetime for example) if you'd like to try the DIY approach.
