Palo Alto address (assuming its not EAST PALO ALTO LOL) means a MX is chump change. One less meal at Miyakes will make up for the lack of free SC.

I contend that "talk of using SCs every day or for regular commuters" existed in 2013 (link below). Why didn't Tesla put the per-kWh into place then and not 3 years later at the end of 2016? Small contention is that it helped car sales knowing there was not any sort of "real policy in place". Hence, Uber drivers, doctors and other heavy users got their free fuel for life while also taking the IRS up to.59/mile deduction to do it. It's a wink wink, nudge nudge type of situation.
