If I remember correctly, the highest condition you can rate your car with Carvana is good, not excellent. But yes, if not as described correctly by seller deal should be off (this really goes for everything in addition to cars).

Do you ever read over a comment before you post it and think, hmm I wonder if this is a necessary post...

I was offered 10k by Tesla for my 2014 SHO. Carmax offered me 13k. Tesla matched and I got 1k in tax savings. I could have gone private party and likely gotten around 15k (looking at other offers available at the time), but the 1k difference wasn't worth the hassle of dealing with private party sales.

Random question here, but when I look at Carmax there was no option to provide "FSD" as a value, so how does that factor into trade-ins? Does that depreciate with the car value or have people found that it is equivalent or close to the 7k value we have to buy now?

I guess this also applies to trade-ins with Tesla as well.
