Amoral would seem to be the better descriptor. Neither moral or immoral, but in that grey area.

As Wikipedia states, "Amorality is an absence of, indifference towards, or disregard for moral beliefs."

Sorry, should have started that post with "Wrong." as I've seen is your preferred form of correcting people.
There is a difference between black markets and grey markets, hence the different word.
