Need to change Model 3 Image on App and Dash

Hello,

I received an upgraded config to my model yesterday when I went to pick up my car for delivery. They had upgraded my wheels from the 18" Aero to the 19" sport wheels.

All the graphic images on my app, and on the Tesla dash show the original graphic of my model 3 with the aero wheels. If I were to contact support, would they be able to upgrade that graphic to the appropriate config?

Would like to know this as well. About to buy a used Model 3 white/white AWD but it has the 18” aero wheels. My first enhancement is to install the 19” wheels on it and would like the screen to not show the ugly aero wheels.

I spoke to support about this yesterday. They are able to change it for you at the service center. If you are going the wheel upgrade there, they’ll update it along with the upgrade.

You might have to bring it to the service center or request mobile service. They use to be able to update avatars remotely but stopped a few years ago for some reason.
