You don't say whether your charging spot will be inside or outside. As others have said, EV charge points may require additional regulatory compliance, however, not all of these will apply if your vehicle is inside a covered garage, like an underground car park. Electrician should know best but not all are aware and some may suggest otherwise so always good to know what to expect in advance so it can be queried if required.
It will be outside. The garage is far behind and cannot get regular sized vehicle inside. Will let the landlord know about the olev grant.
 
I presumed commando socket total installation would be less than wall charger and installation.

By the time you have done the extra safety items that are required for outdoor Commando, used by an EV ... and taking into account that you have to buy a Commando adapter for UMC, and it may be that other EV brands can't easily make use of Commando charging, it may be a very similar price to a wall charger. Worth doing a comparison I reckon.

There will come a point where landlords are going to have to provide EV charging ... given yours is willing to help at all! then maybe "spend money once" might apply ...
