NEMA 14-50 Installation Los Angeles Area

Hey all.

Anyone in LA (East LA) had an electrician install a NEMA 14-50 unit? I'm looking for the right person to install mine. Who did you use and would you recommend them?

This is a fairly common install. unless complicated by a long run. Any competent electrician would do. I guess you could check their "reviews" on line. I did my own.

I'm in Orange County and had Johnny Electric do my installation, and have been happy with it. I had them create extra space in my panel by replacing the 1-inch breakers with tandem breakers, which left enough space and capacity for two 240v lines (even on 100amp service, with all natural gas appliances). They were reasonably priced and I had them handle the permitting for me.
