I purchased my MYLR in 10/23 but due to lots of craziness going on at the time I never realized I hadn't gotten the title to my car.
I just got a letter from Tesla saying that the title does not reference the lender/lienholder, and asking me to sign a form they sent and return it with the original title. I don't think I would have lost it, but who knows.
Even if I had it, I'd be hesitant to mail the darn thing away to Tesla anyhow. I tried calling the number they provided me in the letter, 631-982-2134, but found no suitable option in the tree and then after selecting sales, RoboTesla told me it wasn't available. Being rejected by a robosystem? Now that hurts.
Can anyone advise me on how to rectify this title thing?
