My buyer came with cash but you can do PayPal or Venmo for electronic payment. It's real easy to sign up.

Never ship before customer pays. That's the way everything works. PayPal will give both of you all dispute protection so no reason to not pay in advance. PayPal will charge a nominal fee for money exchanged for service and goods but you can roll that into the price if it makes the buyer feel better.

Agree on not shipping before payment received. I paid in full for my wheels via PayPal cash to seller in Chicago, he then shipped to CT.

Find a different buyer.

Your "buyer" doesn't want to pay at all.

Before PayPal there was a thing called C.O.D., Cash On Delivery. Still exists. Make sure you stipulate cash, not check.
