I put your data on a chart.

I supercharged the 85 kWh 350 V battery for the first time today. No one but me was charging, and I think the battery was sufficiently warmed up. The outside tmperature was 15 degrees Celsius (59 degrees Fahrenheit).

Awesome!
Thank you for the priceless info.
That looks like a much better and balanced charging rate.
Please let us know how many km of range do you get at 80%, 90% and 100% (you don't actually have to charge it, you can just check that on the app by sliding the charge lever to those numbers.

I had my 85kWh battery replaced recently, it took 2 months to ship one to Australia. The part number is listed on the receipt as:
ASY, HV BATT,S3,BB,REMAN,MDLS 1037218-00-B

This suggests a remanufactured battery, does anyone know if its a 350V or an old recycled 400V battery? My original battery had a range of 375km at 100%, down to 320km after charge gate but before pack failure, currently 368km at 100%

An old recycled 400V battery.

Howdy all. Sounds like a wonder battery is getting more common, but still a crap shoot as to if you'll get it or a reman 400V. Question: what conditions are met to get a new battery? Sounds like you must display a fault. But it also sounds like these are new faults detected by a newer diagnostic algorithm included in recent firmware, like late 2019, early 2020. One of those release notes included a message about an improved battery diagnostic system. If one has an old firmware, like a 2018 or early 2019 variant, say, then one doesn't have this diagnostic tool on board, and will never see the fault messages required for a new battery, is that right? So those folks will likely limp along until warranty expires, it seems.

As I recall, the 2019.40.2.3 update deployed the "High Voltage Battery Diagnostic Improvements" tool, which is reported to detect a certain battery fault(s) and trigger the "Maximum battery charge level reduced" message. Only very small number of owners who have received this message have gotten the newly configured 350v battery. As you pointed out, it still is a crap shoot.

I picked up my 2015 P85DL from service center today after a battery swap, and it seems I got the 350 V battery: "ASY-HV BATTERY,85KWH,SX(1014116-00-A)". The original battery was a real slow charger, particulary the last year, and it collapsed after 60 000 km.
K-billy can you also share with us what is stated on the receipt you have received from Tesla.
I started looking at the parts catalog but I cannot find this part number there. Anyone from the US or Norway can see this part number?
