I didn't know that there are folks living south of Dallas
. As I drive to Houston or Austin, as soon as we cross Downtown Dallas, the traffic pretty much eases out in a few miles. Up to the North though, the pace of development is all they way past Frisco and McKinney - that is 30 miles north.
Plano is fully built out and Frisco is the largest developing city in the whole of TX (or in the whole of US?). Between Frisco and Plano, the number of Fortune 500 companies and white collar jobs is astounding - HP, PepsiCo, FirtoLay, FedEx, Liberty Mutual, Toyota (coming up), Boeing (coming up) and I am sure I missed a few. There is no comparison to the Plano/Frisco area to any other metro area in TX
In the end Tesla has to gravitate towards where they sell more. I bet it will be 3 to 1 or even more between the northern suburbs and the south.
