Having watched a recent YouTube video, apparently the black trim isn't black! It's a a protective film with chrome underneath?
I do agree though, these should have been black and not chrome

I did exactly the same but was absolutely delighted. Felt different at first, but it's still a car.

So the chrome delete is standard which is great just a pity they didn’t do it on the Model 3 as I would’ve loved it on my M3P

Must have been tired when watching, I thought it said the black was protective film - doh!
