I think it is more of a cosmetic mod than weight savings. But my set has shipped already and I'll weigh them against the plastic ones when they get here!

Subscribed for review. Thanks for posting about them. I have other carbon fiber wrap accents around my car (mirror caps, where the rear diffuser would be, and interior dash / console) and this might be something I would be interested in.

Interested to hear what you think, @wayoutwest

My only real issue is, I am waiting on a set of referral award wheels, and no idea what they look like, or if these are compatible (or would look good) with those wheels.

$300 is not so expensive I wont do it, but more expensive than an "impulse amazon" type purchase for me (lol).

I just got them this week. Made in Italy. Quality work. Very nicely finished and with great edges. My 19” OEM sports are going in soon for a multi stage Hyper Black finish. The CF caps will go those when I get them back:

Did a test fit tonight at your request. They fit great. More effort to install and to remove than the OEM ones. As usual pics don’t do them justice. A few pics on the 19” sports before the sports go in for the multi-stage Hyper-Black refinishing:
