I had essentially the same schedule for delivery and first update. That update was to 2020.8.1. No further update after that.

Actually for me it was annoying as the newer update introduced text to speech. On our X I had the phone mounted via a magnet mount Ong the dash but on the 3, I didn’t. Yeah this was by choice, but done with thinking I wouldn’t have the old software

Same boat, I picked up on 3/13 and had 2019.35.108. Rated Range is also showing 310 vs. advertised 322. My delivery advisor was USELESS. She said I was on the most current software and the rated range is based in how you drive (wrong) - and I only had 15 miles on the car. Finally got an answer after a week, will get the update in a couple of weeks. I’m at the bottom of the stack as everyone else is waiting for 2020.xx as well.
