Is it just me, or is anyone else having trouble reading the some of the light blue/green font colors on the forum since the change? Example: The "Post New Thread" heading. Maybe a darker color would be better....

The issue is probably that you're running IE8. IE8 has some compatibility issues for some reason. I just made a little change, let me know if you still have the problem. But you should probably update your browser, or graduate to something more respectable like Chrome or FireFox.
