I am selling a genuine new 21" turbine wheel that is 8.5" wide. The wheel had a tire mounter on it and then removed. There are other defects in this wheel. $450 shipped.

Sorry I meant to say NO defects. This wheel is brand new. It had a tire mounted and dismounted.
