I am anxiously awaiting delivery of my first Tesla. I have had Corvettes for the last 34 consecutive years as my daily drivers, but old age and minor back problems have forced me to look for something that allows easier entry and exit. I am hoping that the Model Y performance will fill the bill.
New Mexico has some crazy law about not letting car manufacturers sell here unless there is a franchised dealership in the state. So I have to get my new car sent to Colorado and then have a car hauler deliver to my home. I am sure there are some politics involved here, but not much I can do
I talked on the phone to a salesperson in Colorado Springs today and they say they have my car and are just waiting to get things set up with a car hauler company. So it looks like any day now. Got a garage full of accessories just waiting for a car.
