New HUD with Yoke: Anybody tried this?

they did all that work making it look nice by integrating it into the dash, and then totally ruin the look by making the trim in two pieces. it's by far the best dash mod i've seen though way too expensive for what it is.

here's the first english review i was able to find for this.

the software is crap compared to the alternatives, what a shame because the hardware is better.

I agree. I wonder if there is a way to Frankenstein the Hansshow 8” CarPlay display into this dash housing. That would be the epitome of these dash HUD extension attempts.

I bought the display last month and finally got around to installing in yesterday. Right now the functionality isn’t as advertised due to V11 coming out. Hopefully it will be fixed with an update. But even if it doesn’t, as just a secondary display, I think it looks nice and does the job with a OEM like feel to it. It is as similar to my refresh S as one can get, in my opinion.

Oh, and no way would I pay $1000. I got mine from another online reseller for $669.
