I am seeing a new North America 2022 Navigation Map Update getting deployed on TeslaFi. Anyone aware of the changes or rate of deployment?

It's "interesting" from TeslaFi map daily update statistics that while a few NA cars are now getting the newest North American map 2022 update (NA-2022.28-140146), many more North American cars are continuing to get the older 2021 map update (NA-2021.44.13555). Can't help but wonder why Tesla would continue to update cars with 2021 maps, when the 2022 maps are available. Can anyone explain this?

I would suspect those vehicles delayed a long time do not have consistent wifi connections.

Anything? Just downloaded. Can't tell the difference
I noticed that it shows more destination chargers and one can expand the map and go to any nearby EVGo or other destination chargers too. See the scr shots.

I have two 2021 Model 3 LR's that just finished updating to 2022.20.8 (from 20.7) and immediately started downloading the NA-2022.25.14046 map update as soon as it finished. Watching it suck many electrons across my router. Not glowing . . . yet.

Cool. I bet that's to allow for battery preconditioning for the CC's enabled vehicles. I can test it when mine finishes.

EDIT: after my map update and a 2 minute power off reboot, I see the same chargers I always saw and we have a ton of Francis energy chargers in OK. I don't see those or other brands, just Tesla Fast DC and Tesla destination chargers.

so my car has a green down icon but its not downloading any updates (no bar or message) any idea how to fix?
When it was downloading I saw the green icon and it did show the download speed ( see pic below) which was very slow at the beginning. I think it took about 4 hrs to complete the download as per my Teslafi account.
