New Member and emergency scissor jacks for Tesla 3

Hello,
I just jointed yesterday. I am looking for information on the modified Porsche jack. I just ordered one. I need to know where to find the adaptor that converts the scissor jack from a handle to a racket/socket type of adaptor. A part number and /or where to find the item as I saw it in a photo may have been posted about Dec of 2018. I think it was mswLogo that showed the photo of the jack with the nice 13/16 adaptor on it.
Greatly would appreciate the info.
