New member here, Question about FSD and free supercharging

just got a 2020 long range+ with FSD & free charging, can Tesla remove those features when I update my MS on the app?

I trade my 3 for this beauty, I still have my 3 on the Tesla app, my concern is that once I update my new Ms on the app, Tesla may take those features away.

You will likely lose free supercharging but keep FSD.

Free supercharging is not transferable.

free supercharging only transferable guess the car was purchased before January 15, 2017, and delivered by April 15, 2017. Cars after that, the free supercharging, only applies to original owner.

See if you can complete the transfer without Tesla knowing, then you can probably keep free supercharging. Asking the previous owner to pass the Tesla account to you? Like giving you the password etc. Don’t know if it’s feasible

Service would be a problem if you didn't own the car according to Tesla. Wouldn't this be fraudulent?

It’s not feasible, and it’s a really bad idea.

You need to let the government know as they issue the legal document regarding ownership. You are not legally required to inform Tesla though.

I mean, Tesla will not service the car if a non-owner brings it in, battery warranty would not be valid, etc. I believe it is fraud if you obtain services you are not entitled to and that you should be paying for by stealing someone's identity to obtain these services, no -- like cable TV service and other frauds? Also, Theft of services. Other than that, no problem.
