    Hi everyone,
as new member and soon to be owner of model X, just would like to say hello to everyone.
I would appreciate any advice on my delivery next Thursday Feb 11, on a used Model X 2017 100D.
Since we're still on a provincial lockdown in Ontario, Tesla centre would remotely unlock doors and communicate with me,
strictly no contact policy. I'm a bit worried.

@Skoshnow, welcome to the forum and congrats on your soon-to-be Tesla.

I would not worry about the remote delivery. They have been doing this for almost a year now and I have not heard of any widespread issues. Is there any specific aspect of it that concerns you?

I also have a 2017 model X 100D. Interior features changed somewhat throughout 2017, as well as many things came alacarte that now come as standard. If there are any specific questions you have about the model year, there are quite a few of us on here with 2017’s.

BTW I still love the car dearly. It still thrills me each time I drive it.

Thanks for the reply, don't have anything specific, since I haven't seen the vehicle at all and their method of selling and delivery is unconventional. Fact that if I miss some unusual thing upon my inspection that would be it, no return.

Welcome! I am a fellow 2017 Model X 100D owner; bought mine at the end of May last year. Mine is an April build 7-seater, so I have the pedestal middle row. Tesla was nice enough to install AP3 as I was waiting to take delivery and then a month later, I upgraded to MCU2. I went from a Model 3 to the X and I have ZERO regrets. I spend a bit longer at the Superchargers than I did with my 3, but I knew that coming into it so I'm not bothered by it. My wife is, but not me. Anytime she mentions it, I simply tell her it's free (unlike the 3). Let's hear a little more about your X (features, build month, etc.).

    Thanks..
so far I know it's six seater with centre console, white ext, cream int, tow bkg.
I tried hard to let us see it first in the parking lot but they wouldn't allow it. Hopefully the weather gets better for Thursday as we experience -20c (-4F). if it's that cold I would postpone the delivery date.
