Hi. The National Public Radio website says "Vacation rentals are prohibited for out-of-state residents" in New Mexico. I don't see this on the state's web site. Can an out-of-state tourist rent a hotel room? Does someone from NM have insight?
I understand tourists still may not fly into NM but driving into the state is apparently OK.
