I am really surprised it only passed in Plan Commission 4 to 3. That suggests marginal support for the project, especially given it is repurposing an otherwise abandoned JC Penney building.

Well, that would be slightly closer to the Interstate, as well as likely being new v3 stalls.

Anyone heard anything more about this? I had thought they mentioned the new tenant would officially be named 60 days after this passed. Would love to see this turn into reality sooner than later.

I drove by the proposed building this evening and there is no sign of activity. Hopefully a new Tesla service center comes to fruition at that location
