New Model 3 camera recording during driving

Hi all,

I have received my Model 3 yesterday and have been driving it a bit within 5km from home.

I have noticed that while the scenery mode recording is working, the car is not recording any footage while driving. I am sure that the dash cam icon on the screen as a red dot on it and have also tried to format the supplied USB drive with the car.

When I plug the USB into my laptop, all the driving video are some 500kb in size MP4 files, and cannot be played.

Is it to do with the car is still learning to perform autopilot?

Also, I have now driven over 80km in the last 2 days, how long does it take the car to learn autopilot please?

This thread might help, it sounds as though Tesla haven't flagged your car as being delivered so some features are disabled. Best to contact them.
