Spoilers stay up because they're not completely turned off. Is it called "transport" mode? Don't remember now exactly. All X's seen on transports have had the spoilers up though.
That's the mode! Thanks! ;-)The cars are transported in "Factory" mode. They don't lock (so the spoiler wouldn't retract) and can be driven without a key (speed is restricted). I assume key pairing occurs at the Service Center before delivery.

Shouldn't be 90D as none have been shipped outside of California. Should be P90D.Production 90D maybe?? They have fixed spoiler, and I assume they stay up all the time
You can tell one form the other by the door handles or proximity of the front door hinge to the wheel well.
Plus it's not as plump as the other 5.
