New Nokian Winter tires --- traction contol now activating

Installed new nokian winter tires last week. Now when I accelerate, TC activates limiting power. This is on clean dry pavement. Is this normal? Maybe due to softer tire compound? I miss accelerating lol ... your input is appreciated thanks.

I just put new WR G3s on as well, and noticed this weekend dry traction is much reduced compared to the original Michelins I had. However, snow/ice traction is enhanced so it’s a tradeoff I’m comfortable with.

I've not seen this with Michelin X-Ice xi3 or Pirelli sottozero 3. (Both studless) AWD or RWD? Studs or Stud-less tires? (Presume the latter)

New 75 rwd, studless...

You have to drive 300-600 km with new tire before you start hard acceleration tests.

To clarify:
Like all new tires, winter tires should first be run very carefully around 100 kilometers. This is primarily for safety. Because in the first few kilometers, the tires build up grip: greasy residues from tire production rub off gradually, and the tread blocks are roughened.
OK 300-600 km was probably too much.
