New order down payment reduced to $100 from $2500?

This might not be news, but I just noticed it. When picking out a car and options on the Tesla website, the final screen with the dollar figures would show $2500 payment due today, but now it is only $100. Did this just happen or is it old news?

I tried it with a Model S and 2 different versions of the Model 3, and each one showed $100.

$100 is non-refundable. The question is if it's credited towards the final cost otherwise it's another price increase on top of the $1,000 increase for P3D

I was gonna order my 3P this morning anyway. Now I don’t have to come up with $2500 out of pocket.
8 week lead time is rough, but worth the wait I think.

Tesla increases range of base Model 3, bumps price up - Electrek

So the $100 order fee is non-refundable, but the car can still be returned within 7 days. I guess Tesla would rather have someone take delivery of the car and return it to get their order fee back rather than just letting them cancel their order and giving them a refund of their $100. Makes perfect sense.

So Tesla website also shows the nicer dark gray wheels now for the performance model, and a higher price. But since when did it show the AWD was lower than the RWD, and almost the same as the performance height?
