New ownership advice

Hello all,

I am buying a new M3P from the private party.
I know that I need to transfer ownership through Tesla but need registration and driver license.
The thing is that it will take time to get the registration from the DMV due to this health issue.
So that means I need to drive it without registering the car under my name for a while.

So my question is that what I can't use while the car is under my name?

Super charger? Auto entry to the car? Need to bring the card key all the time?

Is there any other way to transfer ownership with other documentation? such as insurance, Bill of sale, loan document etc?
Any advice would be helpful from anyone who transferred ownership before.

I am picking up my private party m3 on Friday. Our plan is for him to give me his password (after changing it) and I’ll change the email address and password on the account so I can immediately use it to supercharge on the way home.

not sure if this will work, so please chime in if any of you see a problem.

I read previously that if you need to use a Supercharger for the first few days,
you should give a prepaid card to the previous owner so he/she car add the card to the Tesla account,
until Tesla complete the ownership.
