With the updated format, I sometimes see what appears to be upvote and downvote arrows - see below. Is this something new coming or just part of the standard SW package and being culled out eventually?

Where'd you see this?

I remember someone pointing out that when you start a new thread (I haven't played with this personally) you can start the thread as a discussion or a question. I wonder if the upvote/downvote is for the answers to questions?
