Yeah I can confirm that this is the case. I'm not sure if it was absolutely burned to the ground but at the very least it has sustained heavy damage. Here was one of the images posted on twitter of it.

Unfortunately my MYP was due to be delivered here in a few weeks...so not sure where that's going to route to now -- maybe Loveland?

Either way, it's been a really horrific day for anyone in the area. My thoughts go out to those directly affected and all those working to help contain it.

Oh, I'm sorry. Please tell me the correct thoughts I should be thinking. Thanks in advance!
I am not telling you what to think or post, but normally when you hear news like this first thing that comes to most people's minds is potential loss of life/property. Not how media could turn a wild fire story into a Tesla battery burning story.

Oh, sorry. Please keep telling me the order in which I should think various thoughts so that I can be correct. Again, thanks in advance.

No need to thank me. Again I am not telling you what to think. I just posted my thoughts. It is a free board and everyone can post what they think as long as we are not personally attacking each other and following other board rules.

Drove by today and was able to snap these photos. Looks like Tesla Superior came through relatively unscathed. The hotel across the street though is gone completely.

For those of you who are already aware of the horrific fire in Boulder Co, I've heard of reports that the Tesla dealership in superior has been engulfed in flames by the fast moving fire. I'm 10 miles from there and have seen the hotel next to the dealership burn on television, so there's a good chance that the reports are true.
@testarossa

Yesterday morning I drove 120 miles from my home in Vail Valley for a Service appointment in Superior, CO .
I arrived around 9:30 am to get 4 new tires. Around 11:30am service was completed and began Supercharging for my drive back to Vail. After about 30 minutes I started smelling smoke and seeing ash in the air. The winds became intense and smoke visibility was all encompassing. I finished Charging and waited for my wife to Uber back to Service Center. She arrived around 12:30 pm when the smoke & winds further intensified.

Fortunately the SC is close to US 36, and since we drove 36East to Vail we were able to get on the highway because West was closed.

I never saw any flames just overwhelming smoke & wind. Wife & I feel very fortunate for ourselves, but saddened for those tragically affected.

Glad you are okay. We live south of superior and feel very lucky that we had the opportunity to prepare for evacuation.

Hopefully the damage to the service center and Supercharger isn't that severe. It looks like most of the exterior of the building and Supercharger are ok! For those who don't know, the exterior was covered with repurposed beetle-kill wood. Some of it burned but most of the metal building looks fine. Of course the sprinklers might've caused some water damage.

Is that the Element Hotel with the crappy destination chargers?

We live in south Superior. We were evacuated yesterday around 2pm and have been in Denver hotels for the past couple of nights. Fingers crossed our home was spared, but we know a few neighbors who've confirmed everything was lost.
This guy has a lot of photos of that area from the air -- it may or may not not be good news, but knowing is probably better than not knowing. Check out his twitter feed for the pics - https://twitter.com/DoughertyKMGH
