Does anybody know whether or not they will have a supercharger at the Superior location?
They will most likely have a Supercharger at the location. Since it isn't listed on Tesla's map, it will probably only be for the Service Center to use when servicing cars. That could all change though. Some Service Centers do have them and that location looks like it would be a good spot for one eventually.

Ours in Tempe Az keeps a stall or two open for public use 24/7 (or at least they say they do).
240/40A that is.

The Denver Service Center has a Supercharger inside for service. They also have like a dozen HPWC outside but they are usually used for charging cars that are to be delivered. They would probably let you use them in a pinch but most of them are usually already in use.

I know other Service Centers, such as the one in Salt Lake City, do have Superchargers for customers to use.
