New shoes for the plaid. But then....

Got new forged 20" wheels for my plaid, factory width and offset, and went with 275/40/20 front and 305/35/20 rear Michelin Pilot sport 4S. Super happy with the look and fit, runs about the same weight or slightly less than the 19" factory wheels, 20" wheels look so much better on the car, and with 35 series rear and 40 series front I have sufficient sidewall I don't worry about pinch flats or cracking a rim. And the satin black look goes perfectly with the black-out look on the car.

However,....

When I went to install them, and removed the factory 19" aero wheels, to my horror, I observed what appear to be 1 piece rotors from a 1980's truck. Ugly does not begin to describe the look! And they of course are too small for such a heavy car.

So....
Next step is to upgrade the brakes - at least to a larger 2 piece rotor set. Will report back later on my selection later.
