New Solar Install

Thought I'd add my system to this thread. It's not really new since I installed the first panels 5 years ago but I keep adding to it.
I have solar which I installed 5 years ago starting with a 4 kW array (Enphase because of shading) then expanded with 2.5 kW when I built a new garage and the third phase last year when I came across 2.3 kW of free SunPower panels (SMA string inverter).
Current solar output (Enphase and SMA string) is here:
Rendezvous Totals 9.300kW | Monthly
Original solar output (Enphase systems) here:
Rendezvous Ridge 6.520kW | Monthly

My original 4 kW (16 x 250 kW) SolarWorld Enphase installation.
The bottom of the panel is about 6 feet above ground level... big snow year. They usually shed quickly but this year I'm having to dig out.

Here are my SunPower 6 x 430 W panels in their temporary location. Having to dig a deeper hole with each snow storm. Next summer they go on poles.

9 x 280 kW SolarWorld panels on the roof of the garage.
(Face directly South but get shadows half the year.)

Great system. Just looking at the at the tilt of the ground mounted array answers my question about your latitude location. My brother and daughter lived in Alaska. I just hope you are getting the most you can out of your system. Having both solar and evs just makes me feel good, like I discovered the impossible perpetuall motion machine. Being enslaved resource wise to both big oil or coal and big utility does not have to be as inevitable as taxes and death. We have invested differently and are making a difference in improving the environment and our wallets. How good does it get?

Because of shading, we were not able to face the pole panels due South. They are South East. We tilt them down in Winter to maximize morning gain and shed snow. Summer they are almost flat since they get sun all day.
We have a lot of tall trees here which requires creativity.
