New Supercharger locations in 2017, WA

Well, looks like all the WA locations got moved to the classic "Target 2019 opening." Even Bellevue, which is supposedly ready to start construction and said Fall 2018 last year. Another interesting point is Snoqualmie is still on the map even with the Issaquah opening. Perhaps Tesla knew it will be a busy site with only 8 chargers and Snoqualmie will have another 8 ;)
Even the newly opened Cle Elum and Leavenworth have more stalls than Issaquah. Definitely more will be needed in that area ASAP. The days of 8-stalls being enough are over in most metro areas. Unfortunately, most businesses don’t have enough parking to dedicate 12-20 stalls.

Tesla will probably need to start buying their own land like Kettleman City, CA. Even that location is starting to fill up, based on my recent trip that way.

Yup. Issaquah is busy busy busy. Anytime I look at the app charging screen, it’s never more than 2-4 available

Besides Issaquah being almost 100% busy, Arlington seems to hardly ever be used. I went there once, it's just not a very fun place for some reason. And my teenage son refused to go in the casino.

Arlington is GREAT for overflow. As you say, it's almost never busy so when we get to the point where Burlington and Lynnwood are full on busy travel days, Arlington serves its purpose by relieving the pressure. Every major corridor connecting two cities will need a site like this and Arlington serves the Vancouver to Seattle corridor. Centralia serves Seattle to Portland, Kettleman City serves San Francisco to LA, Baker serves LA to Vegas, etc.

Gasp! 2019. I'm so shocked.

Interestingly they actually dropped the Wenatchee "coming whenever" spot so there must be a real person cleaning up the map.

But, I predict that 2019 will bring a couple of SCs in locations that were never on the map and most of the "Target 2019 opening" locations will roll over into 2020.

IIRC Wenatchee got deleted off the map when Leavenworth opened
