Give the peninsula (bay area) is ground zero for Teslas and where most of the initial Model 3 will be driven, it would seem work on scaling supercharger availability here would start soon. Mountain View and San Mateo are some of the most crowded sites, so even a few thousand Model 3's in the area could make it worse. I know some new locations have been generically listed by Tesla on their map, but has anyone seen any real signs of imminent construction / permits?
