I have this issue on Android. It takes a couple tries but it eventually accepts the time I put in.

I was never able to get that working in Android app, thought preconditioning is better in cold weather, but couldn't set the time correctly.

I've found it works better if I switch the toggle on for preconditioning then set the time after.

I was doing the opposite before trying to set the time without setting the toggle and it wasn't working.

If that doesn't work (it should) switch to precondition first and instead use the keyboard to enter the time directly.
