If you are traveling (we were just there last week) this is not so funny. When we were there we only saw one spot iced.

This location has two exclusive stalls. The remainder are shared with ICE. Posted on a sign for most of all to see. The ones left of photo would be exclusive stalls. Were they ICE'd as well?

Through contract. Same way you keep passersby out of your apartment even though you don't own it...

What really stinks about this location is just to the left of the photo, the parking lot extends quite a ways behind the market. The further left you go, the less and less parking problems there are as it's further from the entrance... I have no Idea why they just didn't install it about 50' to the left. It almost never would have been iced if they had.
